Deposits and payments are non-refundable. All deposits and payments made toward your Costa Rica adventure package are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with notice. If you provide at least 30 days’ notice before your original arrival date, your deposit and any payments made may be transferred to new travel dates within 12 months without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled trip may result in additional fees or partial loss of payments. Package prices include lodging, meals (non-alcoholic beverages), guided excursions, and transportation between the airport, lodge, and activity locations. Airfare to Costa Rica, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities for guides are not included.Adventure activities are weather- and availability-dependent.Arenal Outdoor Center reserves the right to modify, adjust, or substitute excursions in the case of weather changes, local conditions, or safety considerations. Payment plans require 10% down and balance payments over 6 months. Payment plans do not require a credit check. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment according to their plan schedule.Reservation confirmation. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your initial deposit and completion of your Reservation Form. Final travel details will be coordinated with our Adventure Team upon confirmation by submitting your reservation form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
